Blowdown, 2014, 26" x 28" x 7". Wall installation with branches, bark, forest debris and video player with 20 min. looped footage of storm damage in nature preserves on Long Island with audio track. This work was created in response to Superstorm Sandy in 2012, that devastated local parks in Queens and Nassau County. The work was shown at Long Island City Arts Open, and Amelie A. Wallace Gallery, SUNY College at Old Westbury.
